In the two-day working group PlankostenIn this workshop, you will create a customized cost plan for your company and determine your markups and key performance indicators for the upcoming fiscal year. Under the guidance of Kurt Sachs, Spiro Projekte, and Alexander Braun, Dataflor, you will work directly with your own company's figures.

Working with your own company figures
Your costs, performance, and economic goals are the focus. You will develop a concrete plan. PlankostenInvoices for your business, thus creating a sound basis for costing and business management.
The software Dataflor Plankosten will be made available to you for the duration of the working group.
The working group is aimed at companies with up to approximately 25 employees who want to base their calculations and business planning more strongly on figures and facts.
To ensure sufficient space for individual questions, each working group is limited to a maximum of six companies.
